Hi, I’m Ghouse Tazeem — an Associate Network Engineer with a strong foundation in enterprise networking, routing, and switching, backed by CCNA. I currently work as a Research Assistant at the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR), where I contribute to real-world systems by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting networked and distributed environments that support complex engineering workflows. Alongside networking, I bring a solid software engineering background, allowing me to approach problems end to end through scripting, system-level thinking, and automation-oriented solutions. I’m driven by practical problem-solving, continuous learning, and modern enterprise networking technologies, and I’m actively seeking networking-focused roles where I can apply both my network engineering expertise and software skills to deliver reliable, scalable impact.

I troubleshoot and resolve network issues, system crashes, and Active Directory–related network tasks while managing and tracking support requests through TeamDynamix to ensure timely resolution for staff and students. I also maintain and optimize lab and enterprise network infrastructure, working with routing, switching, and VLAN configurations to support reliable and efficient network operations.
